The straight story on who we are.

Locally owned, Carrollton-based, and built around one promise: a sunken slab is a fixable problem, and you shouldn't have to demolish your driveway to fix it.

Why we do this

Most homeowners get the same two quotes for a sunken slab — tear it out and replace it, or pour a new section next to the old one and live with the seam. Both are messy. Both are expensive. Neither addresses the real problem, which is the soil underneath the slab.

We started Texas Concrete Leveling to offer the third option: lift the slab you already paid for, stabilize what's beneath it, and have you walking on it the same day. Polyurethane foam slab lifting isn't new — it's been the method commercial contractors use on highways and runways for decades — but it's still under-marketed for residential work in DFW. Our job is to bring that method to homeowners and small businesses without the corporate markup.

How we work

Honest estimate first. We come out, look at the slab, probe the soil if it's worth probing, and give you a written quote. If foam leveling is the right call, we'll quote it. If the slab is too far gone to lift — cracked through, structurally compromised, or sitting on soils that need engineered remediation — we'll tell you that, and point you to a foundation specialist who can. No upsell, no scare tactics, no "we can fit you in if you sign today."

Manufacturer-spec installation. We use industry-standard high-density structural polyurethane formulations specified for slab lifting and void fill. Our equipment is calibrated, our crews are trained on the chemistry, and we don't cut foam ratios to save material.

Insured and accountable. We carry general liability insurance and we'll show you the certificate before we drill the first hole.

What you can expect on the day

  • Most residential lifts are completed in a single 2–4 hour visit.
  • The slab is safe to walk on immediately and ready for vehicle traffic the same day.
  • No tear-out, no slurry overspray, no concrete saw — beds, sod, and hardscape stay untouched.
  • We clean up the patch holes so the work is barely visible after the lift.
  • You get the same person on the phone, on the estimate, and on the job.

The honest answer to common worries

"Will this last?"

The foam is engineered to outlast the slab itself. It doesn't break down with moisture or temperature. Most jobs carry a multi-year warranty.

"Will it crack my slab?"

Foam expands gradually and lifts evenly across the void. We control flow rate and stop the moment the slab reaches grade. We don't over-lift.

"What if it doesn't work?"

If the lift doesn't perform the way we said it would, we come back.
