Garage Floor Leveling in DFW

Lift settled garage slabs and stop water from running toward the house.

A settled garage floor isn’t just an annoyance — it changes how water moves around the foundation, can stress the slab-to-stem-wall transition, and signals soil movement worth investigating. We lift garage floor slabs cleanly and quickly, with minimal disruption to whatever’s stored on top.

What we handle

  • Settlement at the apron / driveway transition
  • Sunken sections near the door tracks
  • Slabs that pitch toward the interior wall instead of out
  • Garage floors with voids confirmed by soil probing or echo testing

In most cases we can lift around shelving, vehicles, and storage by clearing only the immediate work area.

How we do it

Drilling

We drill a series of dime-sized holes through the affected slab.

Filling

High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. As it expands, it displaces water and air and lifts the concrete to grade.

Patching

Holes are sealed with non-shrink grout, leaving a clean, level surface ready to use the same day.

Common questions

How long does polyurethane foam concrete leveling last?

Polyurethane foam is hydrophobic, chemically inert, and engineered to outlast the slab itself. Most jobs carry a multi-year warranty and the foam itself does not break down with moisture or temperature swings.

How is foam leveling different from mudjacking?

Mudjacking pumps a heavy slurry of cement and soil under the slab, which adds weight and can wash out over time. Polyurethane foam weighs roughly 4 lbs per cubic foot, cures in minutes, and is waterproof — so the lifted slab stays put.

How much does concrete leveling cost?

Pricing depends on slab size, lift height, and access. Most residential projects in DFW fall between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars — typically 50–75% less than tear-out and replacement. We offer free on-site estimates.

How long does the job take?

Most driveway, sidewalk, and patio jobs are completed in a single visit, often in a few hours. The slab is safe to walk on immediately and ready for vehicle traffic the same day.
