Parking Lot Slab Leveling in DFW

Lift settled commercial parking lot slabs without closing the property for days.

Commercial property managers know the math: a parking lot replacement closes a property for days, generates noise complaints, and runs five figures per bay. Polyurethane foam parking lot leveling lifts the bays you need lifted, when you can spare them, with crews working around tenants and traffic.

Where we focus

  • Settled bay slabs and entry approaches
  • ADA-compliant access paths and trip hazards at striping
  • Drainage corrections — eliminate puddling without grinding
  • Loading dock approach slabs and trash enclosure pads

We schedule around your operating hours, including evening and weekend lifts when the lot’s full during the day.

How we do it

Drilling

We drill a series of dime-sized holes through the affected slab.

Filling

High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. As it expands, it displaces water and air and lifts the concrete to grade.

Patching

Holes are sealed with non-shrink grout, leaving a clean, level surface ready to use the same day.

Common questions

How long does polyurethane foam concrete leveling last?

Polyurethane foam is hydrophobic, chemically inert, and engineered to outlast the slab itself. Most jobs carry a multi-year warranty and the foam itself does not break down with moisture or temperature swings.

How is foam leveling different from mudjacking?

Mudjacking pumps a heavy slurry of cement and soil under the slab, which adds weight and can wash out over time. Polyurethane foam weighs roughly 4 lbs per cubic foot, cures in minutes, and is waterproof — so the lifted slab stays put.

How much does concrete leveling cost?

Pricing depends on slab size, lift height, and access. Most residential projects in DFW fall between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars — typically 50–75% less than tear-out and replacement. We offer free on-site estimates.

How long does the job take?

Most driveway, sidewalk, and patio jobs are completed in a single visit, often in a few hours. The slab is safe to walk on immediately and ready for vehicle traffic the same day.
