Concrete Leveling in Richardson, TX

Slab lifting and void fill for Richardson's mix of mid-century homes and newer infill.

Richardson’s housing stock skews older, which means mature trees, decades-old slabs, and soils that have moved through more wet/dry cycles than the average DFW property. Foam leveling is well-suited to this profile — light enough not to add load, durable enough to outlast the next five droughts.

What we do in Richardson

Our process

Drilling

We drill a series of dime-sized holes through the affected slab.

Filling

High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. As it expands, it displaces water and air and lifts the concrete to grade.

Patching

Holes are sealed with non-shrink grout, leaving a clean, level surface ready to use the same day.
