Sidewalk Leveling in Dallas–Fort Worth

Eliminate trip hazards and lawsuits with fast, clean sidewalk slab lifting.

Lifted, sunken, or offset sidewalks are one of the most common causes of trip-and-fall claims for homeowners and commercial property owners alike. Polyurethane foam sidewalk leveling solves the problem in hours, not days, and keeps your walkway looking original — no patchwork sections, no concrete saw, no tear-out.

We level public-facing walkways, residential paths, HOA sidewalks, and commercial frontage slabs across the metroplex.

Why this matters

  • A vertical offset of just half an inch is considered a trip hazard in most municipal codes
  • Slip-and-fall claims are one of the most common premises liability causes of action
  • Replacement requires demo, forms, pour, and a multi-day cure — leveling is done in one visit

Our process

We drill small dime-sized holes, inject structural polyurethane foam beneath the slab, and patch with non-shrink grout. The slab is walkable immediately and shows almost no visual evidence of the work.

How we do it

Drilling

We drill a series of dime-sized holes through the affected slab.

Filling

High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. As it expands, it displaces water and air and lifts the concrete to grade.

Patching

Holes are sealed with non-shrink grout, leaving a clean, level surface ready to use the same day.

Common questions

How long does polyurethane foam concrete leveling last?

Polyurethane foam is hydrophobic, chemically inert, and engineered to outlast the slab itself. Most jobs carry a multi-year warranty and the foam itself does not break down with moisture or temperature swings.

How is foam leveling different from mudjacking?

Mudjacking pumps a heavy slurry of cement and soil under the slab, which adds weight and can wash out over time. Polyurethane foam weighs roughly 4 lbs per cubic foot, cures in minutes, and is waterproof — so the lifted slab stays put.

How much does concrete leveling cost?

Pricing depends on slab size, lift height, and access. Most residential projects in DFW fall between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars — typically 50–75% less than tear-out and replacement. We offer free on-site estimates.

How long does the job take?

Most driveway, sidewalk, and patio jobs are completed in a single visit, often in a few hours. The slab is safe to walk on immediately and ready for vehicle traffic the same day.
